Progression Routes – Undergraduate Top-up

About the Top Up Course

  • On completion of the  Level 5 Extended Diploma in Management course you can pursue a BA (Hons) Business and Management Top up programme from various UK universities. The Top up courses may differ slightly depending upon the universities.
  • The BA (Hons) Business and Management Top up course has been specially developed for learners who already have level 4 and 5 qualifications in Business or other similar UK/international qualifications. Students can therefore complete the top up and acquire a BA (Hons) degree by completing the final year equivalent.
  • Students may Top up on campusor by distance learning.

Completing on Campus in the UK

  • Most universities in the UK will accept our240 credit programme for entry onto the final year Top up on campus. ATHE also have direct agreements with several Universities.

Entry Requirements

  • Please note specific university requirements will differ between universities. Normally universities will accept the 240 credits offered by our programme at level 4/5. 
  • If English is not your native language, you may need to provide verification of your English language capability. There may be an IELTS or TOEFL English language requirement or equivalent.

Progression Routes – Postgraduate top-up

  • About the MBA Top up Course
  • On completion of the Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma in Managementstudents have the opportunity to complete an MBA programme from a range of UK universities. The Top up programme can be studied online or on campus. The MBA Top up comprises the final 60 credits which consists of either a dissertation or a dissertation and one module.
  • Students may Top-up on campusor by distance learning.

Completing on Campus in the UK

  • Most universities in the UK will accept the 120 credit programme for entry onto the MBA Top up on campus.

Entry Requirements

  • Please note specific university requirements will differ between universities. Normally universities will accept 120 credits at Level 7 plus an undergraduate qualification or equivalent, or 5 years work experience in a managerial position.
  • If English is not your native language, you may need to provide verification of your English language capability. There may be an IELTS or TOEFL English language requirement or equivalent.
